Eagle K-wear Co Ltd started operations in November 1958, as a clothes-manufacturing firm and since then has built its reputation in the clothing-manufacturing sector in Malta. “Our production varies from school wear, corporate uniforms, Pro-Active sportswear, value leisure wear, work wear and knitwear products for both adults and children complete with embroidery and printing. Today our portfolio confirms the production flexibility in labour, product design and lead-time, putting us in an advantageous competitive position compared to our competitors.

Over the past 50 years, Eagle K-wear Co Ltd, has seen its philosophy change from the ‘Production Concept’ in the 60’s and 70’s, to the ‘Product Concept’ in the 80’s and mid-90’s and now has reached the ‘Marketing Concept’.

It was in 1997 when the new management of the company felt the need to review its philosophy – Was it the right time to change our Strategy? This period was the turning point in our company’s history, – The market had changed drastically and our focal point had to become the “Customer” and not the production or product.

By putting the customer first, meant that we had to understand our customers’ behaviour. We had to identify his/her needs in order to satisfy their wants. It was time to become ‘Customer Oriented’. Our company realised it had to invest in a ‘Marketing and Sales Team’, that would become the spear-head of our company. The time was ripe for us to take some very difficult and important decisions. It was at this point when we re-wrote our ‘Mission Statement’. Our main objective was “to build customer satisfaction into the very fabric of the firm and to do it profitably”.

Today, our sales team are building customer-base through long term relationships, built on trust, loyalty, reliability and support. We strongly believe that our sales team should represent both the customers’ and company’s needs in a balanced manner.

We now confidently move into the future, striving to deliver the desired satisfaction more effectively and efficiently than our competitors, to maintain our position as leaders in our field keeping our company objective in focus namely “Profitable Customer Satisafaction”.
